I created a new account and can't comment or send notes
I can send a note to myself, but when I tried sending a note to another user, the page reloaded and my message didn't appear under sent. This is a problem on both my iphone and my laptop. What should I do to fix this bug?

you don't get a conformation that you've sent a note in eclipse, I don't think one did in the old layout either. have you refreshed said page and then visited the sent notes section? the forums aren't the help desk after all www.deviantartsupport.com/en/a… you could be blocked or blocking said person that could be a start, could be browser related or other related issues.
