Hello! I recently got this new laptop because my desktop computer went poo.

This laptop have decent specs and it is Window 8.1 which is that I brought it from Staples. I'm very new to Window 8.1, just thought to add in to the information!

Anyway, I was trying to install my Wacom Bamboo Create tablet and it will not install properly due to error code 4010 and 4020. Can someone define those error codes for me?

I tried to make the program compatible to older version of Window since that's what worked with me. Nope.
I tried to run it as administrator. Nope.
I installed the official driver from their website. Nope.
My Adobe Flash and Air are very updated.

I e-mailed them about it about 4 days ago and still have not heard back from them. I honestly don't think I can be patient any longer.
I'm getting angry customers and I want to give them their picture they paid for ASAP!

What can I do to fix this?
Thank you for taking your time to read this, really.

Those are usually errors with the bamboo dock software. Are you installing that or just the driver?

I successfully installed the driver off of their official website.
However the installation from CD, didn't make it through, thus, it come out as Error Code 4010 ; 4020

Nothing. If the driver from the website installed then the tablet should be working.

Are you sure?

My tablet is not working as the pen mode. It is in the mouse mode and my photoshop doesn't recognize the pressure.

I think I still do need the CD to get all of the file information inside this laptop in order to make it into a pen mode and have the pen pressure enabled to photoshop.

If the driver installed you should be able to change the settings with the wacom preferences. Search wacom at the start screen and it should come up.

You really don't need the CD.

I googled, and apparently some people with your same tablet, are having the same issue.
Here are some links I found.

I've done my google research as well.
Yes, I've ran it as administrator.

The only thing I haven't tried out is a direct download of Bamboo Dock, unfortunately, also did not work!
Here, I took a screenshot of it.
