How do I change my vista theme???Is it necessary to have some sort of program to do it??
I mean I just downloaded a visual style from deviantart and whenever I press the msstyles file that comes with it it just opens the themes box and no new theme is added in there!!!

If it is a skin for Vista then:
Download UxTheme Patcher for Vista [link] and install it following the given directions
Copy the theme files to %windirectory% /Resources/Themes
Apply theme through RightClick > Personalize > Theme

Make sure it's a vista skin and not an xp skin. Windowblinds is pretty good but I think you can also find a patcher to use visual styles, I would try the Neowin forums
