it depends on the type of work there is to do, I think it would be better to tell me what budget you thought for this job, how many gifs I should do and how complex you want the animation to be. So I can tell you if it's okay for me, avoiding to waste you time. Let me know.
just a simple animation of my avatar wiggling or swimming like an eel and i feel like $5 or less is appropriate
