Pixel Art Artist for RPG Characters

I'm working on a commercial RPG made with Rpg Maker MV.
I'm looking for a pixel art artist who can make the characters and monster sprites. They should look similar to this: www.spriters-resource.com/pc_c…
One sheet has a 48 px high character with a 3 frame walking animation in the directions down,left,right,up
This is a long term project.

My rate for One character with 4 directions (16 frames in total, 32x32pixels per frame, asymmetrical design allowed) is $10~$15
The price can vary depending on character's detail, size, etc.
In your case, for 48x48 pixels I might charge a little higher.
