Looking for anime artist to draw portrait / close-up or face only character
I'm looking for an anime concept artist who can draw original portrait / close-up / face only in full color. Must be able to do layering in Photoshop / Illustrator. Details on what I exactly want will be discussed upon selection. Please provide your previous work as I'm looking for a specific anime art style as well. Good luck.
