3 inches

:iconsyroniene8898:
Yup. Another height thread. However, this time, I have a question for you:

If you had the opportunity to grow or shrink 3 inches, would you take that opportunity or stick with your current height?

I'll go first:

I'm 6' (6 foot). If I had the opportunity, I would like to grow 3 inches to 6'3". Not only would I like being taller, but I would also look slimmer, since my BMI is in the 'overweight' category.

What do you think?

Edit 12 Jul 2020: I have to go to bed, but here's what I have so far (I'm only including people who put their heights):

Key: R = Remain, G = Grow, S = Shrink

ElviraCheyenne666 – 4’11” (G to 5’2”)

alphashad0w – 5’ (G to 5’3”)

chaseawaythedark – 5’3” (G to 5’6”)

SpaniardWithKnives – 5’7” (G to 5’10”)

ScottToms – 5’8” (R)

Spook-A-Palooza – 5’9” (S to 5’6”)

N1cknameHere – 6’ (G to 6’3”)

Syroniene8898 – 6’ (G to 6’3”)

nightsvallow – 6’1” (G to 6’4”)

SophitiaCroft – 6’2” (G to 6’5”)

Katforce – 6’5” (S to 6’2”)

^^ I might update this further on.

I would like to grow 3 inches reason being I am 6foot 2inches but my LITTLE BROTHER is 6foot 3inches. Your little brother shouldn't be bigger than his big brother.

I'm an only child, but I guess that would be annoying. Does he make fun of you often for being an inch taller?

No it wouldn't be annoying if you aren't so pity that you feel jealousy about your siblings qualities.

Add over 7cm to height while maintaining the weight? Why not, it's not like I'll start hitting thresholds with my head after that.

Adding 7.62cm would be satisfying for a lot of people, but eventually you'd have to start ducking under every door you go through.

I'm 185 cm, but I wouldn't mind 192, it would help justify my extra kilos.

I can feel your pain. There's a boy in our school year who's the same height as you. He's so small that even the smallest girl in our year is taller than him XD. Everyone laughs at him for being so small. I kinda feel bad.

Try being a 25-year-old grown woman and never growing any taller. Still in school, that guy might have a chance of a growth spurt. Was kind of cursed to be short because I was born prematurely and only 17Ē long, and both my parents are short. My mother is somewhere between 5Ď-5í2, and my biological father is 5í9 and the tallest person on his side of the family. As IĎm an only child whom has a remarried mother and she and both my father and stepdad are in their mid-50ís, I have no idea how siblings would have fared height wise as itís much too late for me to find out. I also am childless with no desire for children, in fact Iím childfree, antinatalist, and dislike children but particularly babies and toddlers and have a pregnancy phobia, so I more than likely will have no children, at least definitely donít plan on it, although I do have born astral children and adopted spirit children haunting dolls, and my partners are ghosts and tulpas/soulbonds as well, so I currently have no chance of flesh and blood offspring either way.

That sounds tough. I see that you don't have optimal genetics for height. Sorry about that. :( (Sad)

Well, if we're talking about height, I could definitely go for some increase in height.  Yeah, I wouldn't mind growing 3 inches at all.

Not that I'm not comfortable with my current height but the increase in height would definitely help with my motorcycle-riding.  I mean, it would definitely make it easier for me to ride certain bikes that I liked but unfortunately didn't have enough leg length to ride comfortably.
