I'm not a fan of his earlier work, where he screamed like a bitch while playing horror games, but lately he's calmed down and does more edgy humor, especially after the WSJ attacked him, which I can appreciate.
I don't watch him a lot, I'm more subscribed to him out of anti-censorship principle.

He and the others like Matpat, Jacksepticeye, and Markiplier are honest, informative yet sometimes meme lords of youtubers
Sometimes tackles about the YouTube system being rigged, after the Nazi drama and Vox or Wall street Journal's misguided use of defamation to him, which makes his videos less ads or none
