I tend to drink a beer to keep my brain a float.
Excercise till I feel that I'm having difficult concentrating on anything that is depressing or at least till i'm sore
Plus watching movies and listening to music.
drink enough coffee that i'm able to handle the stress ahead without taking a few seconds to have a few breathers so often.

I always record myself doing it so I can look back and just laugh

Music, dancing, drawing, singing, writing, reading, cuddling with stuffed animals\pokemon, looking at My Melody art, talking it out, and playing Animal Crossing new leaf or happy home designer (non violent and educational).

Or when those don't work I watch AG doll stop motions or make my own.

I deal with a lot of stress and disorders and anxiety and depression so I have plenty of coping skills.

Plus my fidget cube and stress ball.

deal with it.  I try to find the time to play video games, "escape" while watching something, or try to find something else to do such as work.  but most cases, like many, we just have to suck it up and deal with what life throws at us.

Increase the strength of the load bearing walls or remove the source of weight causing stress to the building structure.

By stimulating my brain with video games.
Usually management sims like Farmville, Stardew Valley, and the occasional action rpg.
Basically if I focus on a game, I can escape stress.

I've noticed that the majority of my stress stems from either being sleep-deprived or hungry. A nap or a snack can do wonders.

I overindulge in YouTube videos.
That doesn't actually help resolve anything and generally I feel even worse once the binge is over and I realize how much precious time has gone to waste.

Listen to music. Almost any music will do for me.

I try and split the task into smaller, more manageable pieces so not to scare me. Then I just slowly do each piece until it's done. Lots of breaks and food to keep me motivated lol.
