I cant concur since nazis are not an ethnicity nor they are a religious group. They are a political group and their ideology is clearly racist, anti-democratic, anti-human rights, and extremist. Such groups shouldnt receive a general protection in a democracy. This is the error germany did in the 1920s and thats one of the reasons why we ended up having Hitler raise to power in my country [1]. I would say that you cannot tolerate intolerance, that just doesnt work.
Racism is a variant of stupidity [2]. According to the natural sciences, i.e. biology, there is only one human race currently in existence, with the last competing human race, the neanderthals, dying out about 40,000 years ago [3]. And we know that originally we are all eastern africans, every single one of us [4]. Thus racism based on an idea there would be human races is stupid. And racism based on religions is even more obviously wrong [5].

Assuming this article is accurate, at worst it's reporting on an opinion from the Attorney General of Spain which points out that a law intended to protect minorities can, as phrased, be interpreted as also protecting Nazis since it does not specifically except them from its blanket protection of ideological minorities. This is assuming the statement (a single mention on a single page of an 88 page circular) has been correctly translated from Spanish into German, and - since the article provides no context and does not link to a copy of the source document - it was intended as guidance in enforcing the law rather than a critique of it.
