Frustration is the unpleasant emotion that appears when we don't get what we want.

Simple: Keep expectations to low. Work / manage your time one step by one step. Finally less procrastination and more useful activity (like hiking, cycling, reading books etc). But if you are frustrated with yourself... you may need reality checks on your past and present conducts, dreams etc. But it should not be meant as to lower your esteem. Just ask yourself, why do you expect an outcome that may suit you? ^_^
