Sorry to but in on this conversation, but I could not help but mention that the reason removable batteries in phones has pretty much fallen out of style is likely to increase the water resistance of the phones. Once again, sorry about butting in on the conversation and sounding like a know-it-all.
From experience It seems apple phone screens are made of paper. One drop and that shits a modern art exhibit, all my friends who have apple all have broken screens, like fuck for a 800 dollar Facebook machine it sure is fragile.
Oh god yesss. the iPhone was the first time in my entire life I ever cracked the screen of my phone. It made it all the worse when i dropped the thing into Huron river. iPhones are expensive so I went with a $600 cheaper Android phone that runs waaay better.
Thankfully my LG is working again, because I'm too damn poor to get another phone. I just got this thing a couple months ago. ;-;
I've dropped my Samsung down the stairs with little to no damage tbh. Not gonna ask how it got into the river sorry that happened :/ I'm glad Your phone's working now, them shits are expensive as fuck. I got a simulator scare recently with my Samsung S7 It got stuck on the sprint screen until it died I was shitting bricks tbh My phones ona lease.
Be wary My Lg phone had a phone destroying bug Specific to its model 800 bucks in the toilet in one fell swoop, all my photos and info..poof. and what did the company say when I asked for a explanation/ inquired about a repair "you should have known, Oh you can just BUY another one" BITCH HOW????? NO ONE TOLD ME "OH YEAH BTW YOUR PHONE WILL NEVER TURN ON IN A YEAR AND THERES NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOOT IT, OH AND WHEN IT FUCKIN BREAKS WE'LL TELL YOU TO DROP ANOTHER 800 FOR THE SAME SHITTY PHONE" LG is not my cup a tea.
Damn... I've never had an issue with LG phones like that. now... HTC on the other hand... We sent in an HTC Bolt to have the notorious screen glitch repaired. The fuckers sent it back, said it was "Repaired" and it was actually in worse condition.
They just want your money, "Fuck the consumer" Some are arguably less shitty :/ but at the end of the day its the bottom line that matters.
Fuck HTC for that, reminds me of the "red ring of death" from the XBOX 360, where people sent their fucked up Xbones to Microsoft for a "free repair" and got An even shittyer basically unusable Xbox back. It's shitty Costumer service and I refuse to support that shit.
Oh GOD the red ring of death. My older brother had that happen to his, but we had to pay for the repair service though because the warranty wasn't valid anymore. We got it back completely repaired, but that probably has to do with the fact we paid for the service.
