How to stylize painting to be realistic? For example if I look at the rock photograph as reference, how to stylize it to be realistic digital painting style?

Hmm, I think what makes it realistic is depth, form, perspective, and the correct use of values. Using your highlights, mid-tones, and shadows effectively while taking into account proper form and good observations. Your question is sort of an oxymoron because:
styl·ize
depict or treat in a mannered and nonrealistic style.

Well sorry about my poor english, I mean I don't really want to make it realistic, but stylize it to digital painting, because it's impossible I can imitate 100% of the photograph, so I need to stylize it, how to do that?

it takes years of practice to make  your own style, don't give up, it will come to you  over time. it's something  that develops the longer  you  do it c:

do  you have art classes that are available to you  where you live? many  colleges offer beginner courses that will help you  establish the fundamentals

No, there are no courses here, I just rely on tutorial videos, but I don't understand much, I still feel it's difficult
