I Can't Make Multiboot USB

Several times I tried to make a multiboot USB pen drive with NTFS file system but it gave errors.Actually I could run with QEMU as normal but when I boot it from Pc, "it says out of memory".Can someone advise a program (I tried almost whole programs) or a method please?

Get a better flash drive.
