Organising Photoshop presets etc

This may well be the wrong place to post this question, so apologies in advance.

After an enforced career break, I'm getting back into the saddle with Photoshop and other Adobe programs. Since I last worked, the number of available presets has exploded - and thanks to everyone who puts theirs up for other to be inspired by.

My question is this - How do you organise your presets?

For example, if I want a flower graphic for a vignette, I have flower .jpg, .tif etc etc files. Also flower brushes. And flower custom shapes. And some flower patterns. Some of these I have the preset (ie brush) but no image of the preset's contents.

If I scroll through all my brushes it takes ages - and some don't have the keyword 'flower' in their title, so I have to look through them as well. And there's still the shapes and other presets to look through.

Any suggestions gratefully received.
