Even though this might not be the exact sort of forum to post this on does anyone have any suggestion. After having taken a programming fundamentals class that used something with no work world value like "gamemaker" and barely making it through.I'm taking a Java class with a teacher who's presentation method is tbh sort of dry.I feel slightly excluded b/c like 80% of the class have experience with Java if not other programming languages in contrast to a near whole newb like myself -_-.Then again (not counting how you romanticize the subject by mentioning stuff like high end math or the computational power of supercomputers) how can a topic as abstract like an "unnatural" (ie.programming) language that so difficult to conceptualize be made more stimulating if the teacher isn't making it so?.
