Autodesk Sketchbook Express Problems!!!

I am currently using the Autodesk Sketchbook Express program that came with my Wacom Bamboo tablet, and am having HUGE issues with it! Every time I try to draw things go well for a minute or two, then my movements with the pen no longer show up on the page. My acctual mouse shows up when I try to draw, just not when I use the my pen. Has anyone else had this problem? What do I do to fix it? It makes me so frustrated I want to scream!

oooh i got an Autodesk Sketchbook Express with my Bamboo Splash and this happened.
Honestly what i tried is reinstalling all the drivers (i got 2 cd's, one for the wacom driver and one for autodesk) and reinstalled everything from scratch. didnt have that problem ever again.
