Since the swatches are held here, and if you remove the file, Sai makes a new one, with a cleared swatch selection.
I did just that, took my old .ssd file and had Sai make a new one on start-up, and made a new swatch.
I switched back to the old .ssd file, and sure enough, my old swatch was back.
I'm working with 1.1.0 and I'm using Windows XP Prof, SP3.
