cant draw in photoshop and sai

anybody else having a problem drawing in photoshop and paint tool sai like i do? Personally i have been using these programs for years and i finally got my cintiq but it still isnt as precise as when i draw in sketchbook pro. I actually want to draw in photoshop because the pen tool is more finer and gives richer lines but it still is too difficult to draw a line. i know about the vector tool but thats not the choice i prefer to use. please help

It might help if you showed us a picture of one of your drawings in Photoshop or Sai vs. one in sketchbook pro.

i can just say that when I draw with the cintiq on anything else other than sketchbook pro that the lines are horrible and trashy almost like drawing in paint. So i cant really show the differences

I'm not to familiar with sketchbook Pro, but it sounds like maybe its a stabilization thing? It's hard to tell without a visual reference.
