Anything for motion capture and Flash?

I've seen people animated by like using motion capture like things or I guess tracing over videos for animations and I was wondering if there was a plug-in or even a separate program I could use with Flash and hopefully free!

That would be called rotoscoping, where it's done by hand.

That doesn't sound too bad. Basically just looking at the movements and copying it?

Rotoscoping is taking a video you shot, importing it into a drawing program of some kind, and tracing over each individual frame

It could also just be automated digital tracing. Find edge filter, etc...
If you can paste a link to an example, it'd be easier to know what you're talking about.

Ya lemme get what another person here has done! [link] Oh wait looking at others of this I think I got my answer of wha it is (and the other commenter) Now would be to find a program to help with rotoscopy.
