I have brush "history" in my photoshop and I was wondering if it was possible to erease it since I cleaned my preset folder of brushes I want to keep.....?

Here is a screenshot to show what I'm talking about: [link]

so basically, after the "Replace Brushes" everything under there are brushes I've loaded once and now stay there even if I've deleted them.....and I'd like to remove that...

thank you!!!

There are 2 places brushes are saved, one on a user profile, and one in the program files. Which did you delete from?

You need to make hidden files visible in Folder Options, or use the exact path I gave you and replace [your username] with your account name and add the version of Photoshop you're using at the end of "Adobe Photoshop". For example:

C:\Users\Jeff\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5\Presets\Brushes

how do I make hidden files visible? I can't seem to find Folder Options anywhere....

and I did try to replace the path with my username and my photoshop version but it always says it doesn't exist...
