Paint tool SAI copying help?

is there any way to copy a layer in SAI and put it into another program (like sketchbook pro)? my SAI trial expired while i was drawing and I really want to save my 5 hours of work, but the only thing i can think of is to copy the layers individually (because I'm not done yet D

or is there nothing that can be done to save my work? )':

Save the image at the highest res possible, or printscreen/screenshot, bring into the other program of choice and delete/erase what you don't want.
That's all I can think of, sorry.

thanks, but i ended up just finishing the picture and screenshot-ing the final picture
