CS6 Pen tool help

While using the pen tool in CS6, using it to StrokePath with a brush how do you simulate pressure to only have the minimum diameter only on one side of the path and the other at 100% diameter, rather than the minimum on both sides?

You can't do that with stroking a path. At least I've never gotten anything to make it work. That's why most people would use the Pen tool to just make the exact shape they want and fill it.

hmm, one time i accidently created it, but i have never been able to do it again, i know it sounds strange. well, hopefully i will run into it again, thanks for checkin it out
