Hi, I'd like to know how can I reproduce or download a filter that, when applied or overlayed on a voice, it comes out like this: [link]

Something like Goldwave or Audacity would work. Not sure the exact effect. Something along the lines of a mechanize or chorus effect. Anything mechanical in general.

I dont know...But you could get a similar effect by reversing, adding reverb/echo, then reversing it back to its original play direction. This creates the sound that quickly fades in each time she is about to speak. Then perhaps more reverb again. And then flange/phaser. Wavepad or Audacity could do something similar with this process I reck.
