Okay I've installed Java 7 Update 9 from Oracle's website under 64 bit for windows manually, but then the automatically installs an update of the same thing but 32-bit, which is what the computer actually is. And now it will constantly restart itself and the proccessor is running 20 degrees hotter than what it should, and the fan in running for the proccessor.
I've tried uninstalling java, I've tried restoring the computer, but the computer won't reinstall the operating software.
I really don't want to have to send it to a shop or have to buy a new one.
I NEED HELP! I have all the music I've bought through iTunes on that computer!
