Google Chrome not playing nice with GFX card (Nivida GeForce GT 430)

Not sure if right section tbh but here is my issue. The other day I got a new Gfx card which is in the title. After a day (and a driver update) I noticed Chrome started to act up (Firefox was tested and there was no issue). On Gmail and here on DA I experienced Screentearing, drop down menu glitch (click menu and it partially vanishes requiring me to run my mouse over it to reveal the options), and occasionally text vanishes as I type requiring me to again scroll over to reveal.

Any one have any clue what exactly is causing Chrome to act up?

Reinstall chrome if you didn't already fix it

I rolled back the driver and it seems to fix it up
