Pen Pressure is not working in Paint Tool Sai, brand new Bamboo Splash

I got my new tablet today, and I went to use it and Sai, and the pen pressure is not working at all. The Min Size is set to %0 percent, the Minimum Pressure is set to 0...It works in Photoshop. I know Sai has problems with pressure sensitivity, but I somehow managed to enable it when I had my old tablet....but now I don't remember how I did it.

So far none of the tutorials on YouTube have been any help.

Ah! I found a way to fix it that worked for me. To anyone else who is having this problem, check out this journal: [link] I removed the file preferences from all users.
