A continuation of my previous problem so I do apologize for a second post but that previous thread is no longer getting replies.

For the past few weeks I've started having a problem in PSCS6 where while using the brush tool there's a second of lag and then it draws a straight line between where I began the brush stroke and where I ended it even though I did not have the shift key pressed down. Pressure sensitivity is also lost for that line. It can happen every few seconds or every few minutes. It seems to happen more often when I'm doing lots of brush strokes in a small area but not always.

I've uninstalled tablet drivers and reinstalled the most current one and it didn't help. I do not have this problem in Krita so it has to be a PS issue. I'm on a windows 8.1 computer running PSCS6 with an Intuos4 Tablet.
