so a friend of mine recently bought a Canon LIDE 120 scanner, and has been having a bit of a problem. The images are scanned, but the problem arises when he attempts to transfer the images from his "My image garden". what's happening is that when he drags an image over to one of the PC libraries or one of his folders, it disappears from the garden, as it should, but does not appear in the destination.

ANy help would be great, there's nothing in the manual about this. Chances are it's something simple but the two of us can't seem to figure it out!
