I enjoy traditional art mediums however that makes it difficult to display my work in good quality without a scanner. I need a scanner that keeps near true colors. I will be scanning various papers. Some are matte some are medium gloss. This scanner is short term until i can afford a better set up.

I have several print companies in my area so i am not overly concerned about printing anything larger than 11x17. 

Im not crazy about combo's but i will not shoot down any suggestion. If you own something that works for your art purposes please let me know. I would like a description of what you print and scan, as well as any issues you ran into with your scanner (major or minor). I just want to be prepared.
