And I need help. Do you guys know what "Creative" tablet is? If so, let me know! =) (Smile)

You can also comment what is a prefered tablet out there for a fair price, maybe $50 below? But, I think I want the "Wacom" one, so maybe tell me the specifications, or something...?

I use a 512RAM. That's it =) (Smile)

I made another forum before this, wrong place to post..again.

The base level Wacom tablet is $79 anything less in price than that will probably be a piece of junk.

i feel like i want to use paint tool sai more. paint tool sai has less memory and maybe it can work on me who has a 512RAM and for drawing a bigger resolution for commissions, right?

what's pen pressure? O_o

Pen pressure makes it so that your lines have a taper to the end, and are are thicker or thinner depending on how hard you press on the tablet itself. Otherwise the lines would be the same thickness the entire way.

Example

The one on the left is with pen pressure, the one on the left is without.

oh i see. so it means that some tablet are kinda "sensitive" when it comes to that.

I kinda get the point. so if you draw on the tablet, you have to draw gently, is that it?
Belsibeth's avatar
You don't necessarily have to draw gently. If you want the line to get thicker, you can press harder. It's all about your personal preference.

If and when you decide to purchase a tablet, I suggest watching a few youtube tutorials on how to play with pressure sensitivity. It will really help you.

I love my tablet and have no complaints, the smaller 40-75 ones should work fine on your computer. I know plenty of people who adore theirs. :P
