I was wondering what is the best External DVD drive that is under $40? Ir would be nice if it supports USB3.0

I could be wrong, but I bet the disc read speeds wouldn't even be able to saturate USB 2.0 transfer speeds.

The 8x DVD speeds would but that wouldn't really matter for any intensive purpose
