How do I change my wacom pens nib?

I've tried pulling it out with my fingers and tweezers but the tweezers just like, slip off when I try pulling.

(( I have a wacom bamboo splash tablet if that is important at all))

You could try using the little metal thing that came in the box when you first got your tablet, there should be a plastic bag that is small, and it has extra nibs in it and a metal thing that can help get it out, if you can't get it out, then I would just ask a parent/guardian to get it out.
