Wacom Connect tablet problem.. please help!

I got a Wacom Connect tablet back at February.. a month later, the cursor became jumpy, so I took the pen apart and the tablet wouldn't move the cursor at all. After a few months, I finally bought a new pen for my tablet but then it won't serve the whole tablet screen; only at the bottom left corner of the screen. If I try to use that area, my computer cursor gets all jumpy.

Here's some methods I've tried to fix the tablet but wouldn't work:
- Re-install the tablet driver and install the latest drivers
- Removed "All User Preferences" on Bamboo Preference File Utility
- Stopped the "Tablet PC Input Service" on Services

Any help is appreciated, thanks!!!
