well my big brother putted an admin on my laptop -_- ,so now i cant download anything without his password, i even can't get windows 8 , so do you have any idea about how to remove them admin or how t crack the password?

i have windows 7 , and i cant format, i need the password to format.. i may go to a computer shop and format there.... but also will be better if there is another way
