Wacom Bamboo Create issue???

Classic Xmas tech battle. Got the Create from WACOM and right from the beginning I've been battling with an issue that I can't find anything on any support sites or anything. Using the pen to touch I get a right click function when it should be a left click. AND when ever I get into any graphics software I go straight to max zoom for some reason. I'm getting really frustrated about it and I can't figure out what is wrong or how to fix.

You could try contacting Wacom customer service about this? O.o
