Intuos 5 issue..

My girlfriend just got me an Intuos 5, and I've plugged it in, run the install and restarted. All of the features work except for a strange bug. When I try to draw in Sai I get a weird brush lag the second the pen hits the tablet, and then after a second a line appears but it is a terribly large blocky line.

I remember my Bamboo sometimes doing this, but after replugging it in the problem was usually solved. That doesn't seem to be the case here. Has anyone else experienced this issue before?

I have this problem when I wanna use CorelDraw with my Aiptek tablet. Doesn't work. I'm only able to use GIMP.

Bad specs aside, see if you can disable that weird Gestures thing Windows has, or something along those lines. Someone who uses Windows can probably explain it better than I can.
