Bamboo Dock won't open

I recently got a Wacom Bamboo Splash tablet (Which actually works great!!!), and currently I want to look at tablet settings via the Bamboo Dock program that comes with the tablet.

But when I draw to open it, whether with the pen or with my laptop mouse, it won't open. The line or squiggle just disappears and nothing happens.

So, how do I get it to work? Did I do something wrong? Why isn't it opening?

Note: Before anyone asks, I installed the new driver for it. I also installed everything that came with it (Minus the free drawing programs).

I also just noticed that if I double-click with my mouse and the double-click with my tablet pen, two dock windows pop up. The first one doesn't work, but the second one does.
