Wacom Intuos 3 not responding, but light on?

I have never had a problem with it before, but now it is not working. The light is on showing it is connected, but it is not responding to the pen. I have tried different ports but still nothing. Any ideas?

I am having the same problem. I tried the other things that were posted. And there is one more thing I could think of trying, can you use the mouse? I can't find mine.

I got it to work, I haven't had a problem since then happily.

That happens occasionally with my capture. Disconnect your tablet and let it pretty much rest. After a few minutes, connect it to the computer again and hopefully it works. Might take a few tries sometimes but yeah. I have the same problem sometimes.

That's weird... maybe reinstall the program that allows the tablet to be used on the comp? Something could've happened and made it mess up.

Other than that no idea what else. Hopefully your intuos doesn't act up at anymore or as much.

Yeah that'd really suck. Intuos tablets aren't cheap ; -; how long have you had yours?
