long story short
discovered it recently....the newest Cintiq
it costs 4000...
how the hell do i get one?
smh i can only donate so much blood/plasma lol jk
but damn near tempted too.

Settle for a cheaper one I think the one that feels the bang for the buck is the $2.6K. Do you really need the touch feature for the $4K one?

Buy older models. Buy used. Save up money.

Buying used one feels really unreliable because the color of the LCD panel might have already fade out. I get really paranoid about used monitor because of color.

I mean, you obviously get what you pay for but a used tablet is likely to be fine. The Cintiqs aren't known to have the best color reproduction anyway.

They use IPS panels now in the 24's so yes, the color is good with calibration. The older Cintiqs have a reputation of color issues in general though.
