Yes, they are compatible. The motherboard has a PCI x16 and the card can use a PCI 3.0 x16... but it's backwards compatible so that should be fine.

is every pci 3.0 card backwards compatible?

looks fine. Board to Card compatibility really isn't an issue. I'd be more concerned if the card would fit in your case.

i don´t know if my motherboard supports that

it will run as a 2.0 card and you'll see a slight drop in performance because of that. You should look for a card that operates via. 2.0

False. There'd be no performance loss since you still wont be saturating the bus even with a top end card in a x16 2.0 slot.
Bandwidth only becomes an issue when youre running below x16(x8 on 3.0).

I don't really know off the top of my head. But like I said you'd be better finding a 2.0 card.

my last one was the ati hd4870 but it broke
and i can´t spend more than 150 bucks
