Monoprice tablet issues; non responsive pen and continuous blinking

Okay my monoprice WP8060 pen tablet will not work anymore
when i plug it in, the blue light blinks on and on forever and will not respond the pen at all movement wise or light wise

I use windows 7 if that helps

a few days before my tablet would flicker between working and not responding but now it has stopped all together..
please help

I had a similar problem with my Monoprice tablet, I changed the battery but that didn't solve it... then I "tapped" (with a little bit a force) the tip of the pen against the graphics tablet and it started working. Seems that something was wrong inside the pen. If that doesn't work, Monoprice sells the pens themselves, you could try getting a new one.

whenever i plug it in the tablet never stops blinking; its not just the pen it seems

If its any thing like the Webcom bamboo tablets go to start menu and search by tablets name and some form of settings will pop up mess with it till you get what you want that's how i got my tablet to work.

the name doesnt show up in the start menu i think;

oh dear nevermind

its flickering between continuously blinking

and responding to the pen

but it never moves the mouse either way

oh update now the light has stopped blinking; and responds to the pen by lighting up
but the pen will not move the mouse
