My intuos 5 tablet pen sensitivity isn't working?

I just bought a new tablet two days ago, and everything is working fine except for the pen - whenever I try to draw something in photoshop or sai, the lines are always the same width. They don't change no matter how hard or light I press. I used the installation CD that came with the tablet and played around with the 'Wacom tablet properties', but is there something else I'm supposed to do?

It can be two choices:
1.- Sometimes, you need to activate the pressure in photoshop, you can press F5, and check the shape dynamics (control by pressure)

2.- If it stills don't work, you can enter to wacom.com and search the most recent driver for you tablet. In the case that you installed and still doesn't work, you can try install, try and desintall (if doesn't work) the older versions of the driver, until it work.

I hope this can help you.
Regards.

I've had this problem once. What I did was find the driver installation on the internet, and that fixed the problem. I advise typing the model name into Google and then finding the correct driver for it... Good luck!
