Looking for a new lappy~

So my computers getting old now. Like about three years. I have to wait a day for a simple flash to load and it takes a minute for me to access the menu bar in photoshop. And there's a few viruses after randomly searching google about the christmas carol. So before I enter high school, I want to buy a new pc that fits to my needs.

I'm looking for a pc disguised as a tablet. Something like a flippable touchscreen that's equipped with a pen. I'm able to acces the internet browser and am to use programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Paintool SAI. I also want to use my computer to take notes from school. And, omaigooness. WINDOW 7. I love that thing. Tottaly changed my life when I had an older pc.

I'd appreciate if it was under 874 dollars and 63 cents. Cause... that's all I have in my wallet after a few years of saving.

I've got a 7 year old Dell Latitude..

Take a look at ACER, they're pretty decent these days.

Yeah it is XD But it was issued from the school and I could just never go about throwing it out XD It still works fine, the motherboard's BIOS chip is starting to defect though, same with the vram :\ But the thing's built like a brick, it's like the laptop version of the Nokia 3310

The convertible laptops/tablets usually run around $1000

Also, unless you know for a fact that they'll let you have your laptop in school, don't bet on it. I used to get in a fuckton of trouble when I was in high-school for using my, now ancient, Fujitsu slate. Of course, that was before a lot of the teachers even had laptops...

If you get a newer touch screen/tablet laptop you'll want Widows 8 on it. It's like Windows 7... except better in every way.

Or pick up an older one/refurb off ebay. A lot of institutions use the fujitsu's and it's easy to get one fairly cheap.

You might be able to get an HP touchsmart for around $900...I think mine was $950 when I bought it oh so many years ago with an upgraded processor and shit. You could see if HP is having a back-to-school sale or whatever. Could put it within your price range.
