Intuos tablet malfunction?

:iconistrutt:
I tried googling my problem but I couldn't find any similar to it.

I have a Wacom Intuos4. I connected my tablet today to continue a painting I was doing last night. When I started painting I noticed that my pen has NO pressure and that the LED lights don't light up.

The cursor moves around the screen when I move it around, it even clicks and everything. However, it has NO pressure when drawing and NO LED lights at all. I don't understand. It was fine yesterday.

Help?!

Hi,

If by "NO pressure" you mean "no pressure-sensitivity allowing you vary your line weight" then open the brush options panel (not the brush size menu) and make sure that "shape dynamics" is checked.

If you mean that the pen is not drawing at all, maybe your opacity is set to zero.

As DavidScript mentioned, reboot, or at least restart the drawing program with your tablet plugged in.

Install the driver: [link]

If that doesn't work, restart your computer.

If that doesn't work, reinstall your tablet and the driver.
