How do you make a Journal Skin (CSS)?
1) Which software do you use:
I got Adobe CS4 Package.

Because I'm getting confused about it.

i got gimp, paint.net,paint,cinoma 4d, adobie photoshop the newest,Autodesk SketchBook Express 2011 sp2,painter essonchels, and Adobe CS4 i make shor i have opicens i have more but there manly fir moves but can use them to draw

This should help you [link] :) As for what software you can use, any text editor like notepad or so. CSS is written like programming languages.
