Need help with editing a theme on TUMBLR

If this is not the appropriate board, please redirect me. If it is, please read on.

I have begun setting up a weblog and I intend to start posting artwork there after I feel it is ready. I have been working on editing a theme. Unfortunately, I do not know enough about HTML or CSS to easily edit it. I could only do so much on my own. For this reason, I am trying to find someone who can help me, maybe even make the changes that I wish for with the correct codes in the correct places. Perhaps we might contact each other over notes so we can talk further. Who here can help?

Hmmm... I know a bit HTML and CSS, at least enough to modify my tumblr and add several features. Which features would you like your blog to have?? Maybe I can help you

What is the site URL, and what are the changes you wish to make? What are the changes you are struggling to make?
