Anyone familiar with tablets? PLEASE HELP ME!

I'm totally lost here. I have a VisTablet that I got with my school computer (I go to PACyber and they provide all this stuff) and it's been working fine up until yesterday. I was using it and then took a quick break and came back and it wouldn't work! I don't remember doing anything under my computer info that would have messed it up... I've changed the tip and the battery in the pen and the light on the tablet still lights up, so I don't know what went wrong! Please help me if you have any idea of what to do!!!

No. I actually restarted my computer and it worked after that... it seemed to have changed a few things on its own but I was eventually able to fix them too
