Beginning from last Friday, I've been experiencing some sort of bizarre technical difficulty with the YouTube website. It might have something to do with my computer, as some of my friends are not sharing the same problem, but here are some of the following problems that have been frustrating me the past few days:
- I can't view any video thumbnail. - I can't view a subscribed channels's updates from the left side bar. - I can't like or dislike a comment or a video. - I can't reply to a comment. - I can't post a comment. - I can't open the video description to view the full text. - I can't save the video to my favorites. - I can't edit the video properly after uploading (I have to use the basic uploader as the usual one cannot load). - I can't make a new playlist. - I can't open drop lists.
I've tried the following solutions that proved unsuccessfully or showed no improvement: - restarting the computer - signing out of YouTube and logging back in - system restore - virus check - updating Flash Player
Please notify me as soon as possible if there is any way to fix this. It's really frustrating me.
I once had a similar problem with YouTube. I had just upgraded Opera to v.12. Restarting it was of no help. Meanwhile, my Flash Player was already most up to date. I ended up retrograding it back to v.11.64, which solved this problem.
