file size reducer for gifs

I need an online program that can reduce the file size (and/or amount of colors) in this [link]

I really like this website called GifReducer but I can't use it for this because the image is over 300 kb. I already did a google search but I can't find anything. Any suggestions?

that doesn't reduce the kb file size, only the pixels.
